Raisin Rodrigez is entering seventh grade in a new school due to her mother remarriage and moving her across the country from Berkley,California to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Raisin spends her time trying to get used to this new place and talking about it with her two best friends in California through her "secret"blog. And, then things will start to get interesting. We will be reading this book first in our reading group.
